The compact rotary plunger metering pump delivers even abrasive viscous media at speeds up to 100 m³/h and reverses direction with its valveless design. Enclosures, plungers and seals of different materials are available to match the medium.

The rotary plunger metering pump is robust, compact, and delivers high performance: Depending on the model, the pump can deliver viscous media containing solids (even large solid particles) at speeds up to 100 m³/h. Self-priming pump with reversible direction can be easily applied. Of course, safety can be ensured during operation, because an isolation chamber can reliably separate the transmission medium and gear oil.

Careful selection of materials, high quality machining, and easy maintenance design make the rotary plunger metering pump a continuous device with low wear. A three-phase AC motor drives two rotating plungers in perfect synchro with low noise through a precision transmission. The pump can also be connected to the bus system with the corresponding driving device, and thus integrated into the modern production environment.
