Here's how it works
The block magnet moves the magnetic axis forward and backward through the on and off operation. The stroke motion is transmitted to a metering diaphragm within the pump head. Two check valves are used to prevent backflow of metering media during pumping. But that's not all: The flow rate of the ProMinent electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump can be precisely adjusted by stroke length and stroke frequency.
Scope of application
Under normal conditions: chemical measurement from 1 ml/h to 80 l/h
Drinking water treatment: Measure disinfectants
Cooling cycle: Metering of anti-corrosive and anti-microbial agents
Sewage purification: metering coagulant
Paper industry: Measurement of additives
Plastics production: Measurement of additives
advantage
Since there are only one moving part in the application, the driving device is almost wear free. Pumps need no lubricating bearings or lubricating shafts; Maintenance and repair costs are greatly reduced. Excellent continuous operation characteristics.
